Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving targeted marketing strategies for global enterprise clients. We specialize in creating personalized programs that align closely with our clients’ unique business goals.

You may currently be working at a B2B agency or consultancy as an Account Director, Manager, Marketing Strategist, Consultant or Client Services Director. If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing ABM and marketing strategies to engage and nurture key clients and accounts.
  • Running client discovery calls or workshops and synthesizing results from those sessions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create personalized marketing plans for selected accounts.
  • Working with our creative, content & learning development business lines to implement the best-practice approach.
  • Proactively engaging clients and actively identifying business opportunities.
  • End to end responsibility for originating, designing and executing multi-channel programs, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyzing program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in ABM and marketing strategy to retain a competitive edge.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in account-based marketing or B2B marketing – likely from an agency or consultancy background.
  • Able to evidence a strong client focus and being proactive in driving your own projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing, ABM principles and applying them in practice.
  • Experience and/or understanding of marketing technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and learning.
  • Strategic thinker with experience of developing innovative marketing strategies and program design
  • Demonstrable sector knowledge & experience in key sectors we operate in (technology, professional services & financial services).

Salary:

$110,000 to $140,000 DOE
