The Role – Senior Digital Marketing Manager

This full-time position will support the strategy, planning, and development of our marketing and media efforts through successful inbound marketing campaigns. As the Senior Digital/Inbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and growth in promoting multiple products and services through various digital channels such as website, email, and organic search.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, data, technology, and, most importantly, for leading and managing a team. You should be a self-proclaimed HubSpot expert and well-versed in email, content, and funnel marketing. The Senior Digital/Inbound Marketing Manager should be tech-savvy and intuitive with ideas to reinforce and promote products (ideally SaaS/software) and services to a variety of audience segments.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and launch inbound marketing campaigns and tactics to support company revenue goals. This role requires proactive thinking to build integrated marketing and sales funnels, integrated campaigns, and creative strategies to support marketing goals.

This position will report directly to the Marketing & Media Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of digital experts, as well as manage agency relationships as needed.
  • Develop and implement inbound marketing campaigns and strategies in collaboration with content, brand, and digital marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with key directors and stakeholders for a unified marketing technology approach.
  • Maintain HubSpot best practices and ensure quality data tracking, analytics, and reliable audience segmentation.
  • Ensure best practices and brand standards on all website and email marketing assets.
  • Report on the success of inbound marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvements and optimizations
  • Monitor and optimize website, email, and automated marketing performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to scale opportunities and identify growth areas.
  • Improve processes for operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness to meet KPIs.
  • Lead and manage direct reports to meet team goals
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and market intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must share EOS Worldwide’s Vision and Core Values
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams by demonstrating exceptional emotional intelligence and fostering clear and impactful communication across all levels of the organization
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital/inbound marketing, including inbound strategy with experience in organic search and paid marketing strategies in marketing SaaS/software and professional services
  • Expert knowledge of marketing CRM systems, most importantly HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Experience with cloud-based project management software (Asana, Monday, Trello)
  • Proficient knowledge of marketing/sales tools (WordPress, Salesforce, Zoom Info, etc.)
  • A firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including SEO, inbound, and email marketing
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced growth and change with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital/inbound marketing channels function
  • Excellent and highly professional interpersonal skills – in person, via video conference, and by phone.
  • Strong soft skills such as good attention to detail, versatility and a variety of leadership abilities
  • Takes initiative to propose solutions and improve processes
  • Energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • Expert understanding of the marketing process and campaign planning principles
  • Experience working in a collaborative role via an in-house or agency marketing team

Location: Work from home position with occasional work travel and onsite collaborative meetings as needed

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $115,000- $130,000/year base salary commensurate with experience, plus the potential for a performance-based bonus in addition to tech/office stipend, health benefits, life insurance, 401k match, voluntary life/disability/AD&D, summer flextime, PTO, and more.
