Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing the digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts to support commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Provide digital guidance to marketing teams on critical marketing initiatives
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising and web)
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals
- Website Management:
- Spearhead maintenance and elevate organic performance of key CooperVision domains in the US
- Trace website performance, analyze data and implement strategies to improve the user experience
- Event Management:
- Manage digital journey for all event executions including communications and delivery of pre and post event reporting
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and provide optimization recommendations
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on campaign performance and strategic initiatives
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, customer marketing) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors (own relationship with digital vendors)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required – up to 10% of time
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies and best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of Cvent
- Strong knowledge of html, JavaScript, and CSS media queries
- Familiarity with Sprout Social and BrightEdge
- Google Analytics Competency
- Able to work collaboratively across the commercial organization to achieve goals
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

- Prolonged sitting and using a computer
- Travel may be required as part of this job – up to 10% of time
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns
- Experience with B2B and B2C audiences
- Paid media experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $119,000.00 and $ 157,000.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
