Kemin Health is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing Digital marketing strategies that will be implemented across the business unit. This position works closely with Business Units, Marketing teams, Creatives, IT, Project/Product/Account managers, and the Digital Analyst to manage technology platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and enforcing global processes, including retention, archival, and training for core technology systems. Also seeks ways to leverage existing marketing technology to improve processes and ensure a consistent message and brand.

Responsibilities
- Identify & execute opportunities for new content, including multimedia and video.
- Lead search engine optimization marketing programs/efforts, partnerships and affiliate campaigns to increase traffic and lead generation.
- Manage & administer Digital Marketing tools.
- Primary contact & internal technical expert on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation tool), and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Manage marketing automation platform and campaigns (Hubspot current system within Kemin)
- Ability to create and manipulate website structure and wireframes as well as landing pages within the website for targeted campaigns.
- Responsible for creative inbound marketing tool designs and enforcing design standards.
- Develop reports on key metrics and offer insights
- Understand digital/web analytics platform and provide digital analysis and reporting
- Develop search engine optimization (SEO) strategy based on on-going analysis.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations (specific background is dependent upon position focus)
- 5+ years of experience
- 4 years of website content/management/design experience desired.
- Completion of Digital Marketing Certification – HubSpot, Google, or similar
- Prior agency experience is a plus
- Solid understanding and practical hands-on knowledge of various forms of interactive media, including but not limited to website enhancements & implementation, program development and execution, internet ratings & reviews, social networking/online communities, and search engine marketing.
- Deep understanding of the latest online marketing technologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong PC knowledge with MS Office and Adobe design software desired.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft suite, Adobe AEM, Analytics, Photoshop and In-design. Also is proficient with Hubspot or similar marketing Automation tool.
- SharePoint power user or admin experience.
- Previous corporate or agency experience in marketing/advertising, communications, and/or PR is highly desired.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
- A reliable, flexible, self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of accountability for one’s work.
- High attention to detail, high accuracy, and some analytical abilities.
- The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management.
- Demonstrated achievement of meeting marketing objectives.
- Must have a marketing mentality as it relates to marketing products in the industry, with the ability to gather key information and translate into an exceptional promotional piece.
- A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution, and possession of a distinct sense of urgency.
