As the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company’s market position and brand equity. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of brand development and positioning, consumer behavior, and the ability to create impactful brand campaigns. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating across departments to ensure brand consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Positioning:
    • Develop and refine the overall external and internal brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Define and articulate the brand’s unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
  • Brand Identity and Visual Communication:
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual and messaging identity.
    • Work with creative teams to ensure brand assets are aligned with brand standards.
  • Consumer Insights and Market Research:
    • Utilize market research and consumer insights to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
    • Incorporate insights into brand strategies to drive differentiation and relevance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to integrate brand strategies into overall business initiatives.
    • Ensure brand considerations are taken into account in product development and sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing global brand marketing team.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Performance Analytics:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of extensive experience in brand marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand development principles.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

The annual OTE range for this position is $233,100 — $378,800 USD.
