Job Description
As the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company’s market position and brand equity. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of brand development and positioning, consumer behavior, and the ability to create impactful brand campaigns. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating across departments to ensure brand consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop and refine the overall external and internal brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define and articulate the brand’s unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
- Brand Identity and Visual Communication:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual and messaging identity.
- Work with creative teams to ensure brand assets are aligned with brand standards.
- Consumer Insights and Market Research:
- Utilize market research and consumer insights to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Incorporate insights into brand strategies to drive differentiation and relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to integrate brand strategies into overall business initiatives.
- Ensure brand considerations are taken into account in product development and sales strategies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing global brand marketing team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Performance Analytics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in brand marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand development principles.
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
The annual OTE range for this position is $233,100 — $378,800 USD.
