The Impact You Will Make
The Senior Director, Marketing will direct the Everstory Partners Marketing department, designing, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals and the company’s long-term success. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, this individual will manage a variety of promotional campaigns while consistently optimizing field marketing support, website performance, vendor performance and expectations and team member growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and contribute to driving revenue growth.
- Create, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget.
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and make improvements when necessary, developing transparent and concise reporting for stakeholders at support center and in the field.
- Understand the competitive landscape including knowledge of benchmarking, campaigns, activities, products, and results.
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date on changes or shifts within SEO and paid digital tools, strategies, and nuances.
- Understand Everstory’s CRM software and the integration of marketing tools and techniques that promote effective lead generation and nurturing.
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources according to what will most support revenue growth.
- Work with vendors to design company websites; manage the projects, plan and communicate updates, measure performance and educate the field on planned enhancements prior to implementation.
- Provide guidance and creative ideas supporting effective marketing campaigns and activities.
- Nurture relationships with and manage all 3rd party marketing vendors.
- Drive brand consistency and adoption across all platforms and marketing pieces; act as brand champion and provide support to the field with branding requests.
- Prepare media statements, press releases and PR strategies as needed.
- Direct, supervise, coach and develop marketing team members.
- Gather and organize metrics and information to be shared with SVP of Sales and Marketing and key stakeholders within the business on a regular basis.
- Partner with other department leaders, both at the Support Center and within Field Operations, supporting specific marketing needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience managing and directing all aspects of a Marketing team.
- Experience managing an in person and remote workforce with the ability to engage a team regardless of work environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate and effectively articulate I a professional, friendly and positive manner on the telephone and in person to internal and external customers (i.e. employees, vendors, and sales customers).
- Ability to recognize and use proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and accurate formatting in correspondence.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills are required.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, ability to analyze and solve problems involving multiple factors in various situations.
- Strong inter-personal and customer service skills with the ability to maintain effective professional relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with all Microsoft applications and experience with property management software.
Work Environment:
- On-Site at Support Center, M-F required.
