Advanced Sterilization Products
Support all efforts related to commercialization of product/service marketing, positioning, competitive research and content creation globally. This includes but is not limited to approving content, social media management, graphic design, digital website development, email marketing automation, and commercialization strategy. You will be the global commercial launch expert for new products working with product management and regional commercial teams to support the company’s overall global marketing and messaging strategy.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Understand the current and future competitive landscape, being expert on competition’s products and positioning
- Collaborate with global marketing communication, product management, regional commercial marketing and sales to produce relevant content (collateral, PPTs, whitepapers, videos, website content, training materials, etc.)
- Develop commercial launch strategies to include: promotions, channel, training content and education
- Develop all customer- and internal-facing marketing materials align with product-specific value positioning for new launches and foundational content for current product lines(best practice documents, user guides, etc.)
- Support the creation of customer/sales training materials to educate on products and services using established marketing messaging
- Lead tactical areas of product launch for globally with regional input (content development, product positioning, press releases and social medica messaging)
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working across the organization managing projects and keeping people accountable to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, G Suite, and social media management software
- Experience using Marketing Automation tools
- Experience with Client Management Relationship (CRM) Software, e.g. SalesForce
- Experience in B2B channels and the Healthcare systems,with proven ability to execute marketing programs
- Experience in content marketing, strategizing and developing creative content with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools
- Leads with a digital-first mindset, while possessing the traditional marketing skillsets for balancing diverse audiences
- Strong communication: able to take technical and clinical details of software and translate it to the benefits for the user
- Metric-driven and analytical: ability to prioritize, drive and complete projects using both data and company needs.
- Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships through diverse and creative ideas

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 109,500.00 – 203,500.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
