Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for product promotion, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting product launches, creating compelling marketing collateral, and contributing to the overall success of our products.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development of clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and case studies, that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
  • Partner with design teams to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating launch events and developing launch materials, to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Collaborate with product management to define product value propositions, features, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights, and use insights to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of messaging and strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in a product marketing or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, Salesforce, Highspot, and Hubspot preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively present ideas.
  • Background in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology with a consistent record of ideating and deploying effective product marketing strategies
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proven experience collaborating successfully with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior executives (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Enablement, Customer Success)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technology platforms.

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
  • Base compensation range: $110,000-$130,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
