The position:
As Dusty Robotics’ Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and be responsible for creating and then executing cutting-edge marketing programs. Your expertise will support our account-based marketing initiatives, targeting key accounts to boost our market presence and revenue as well as broader 1:many marketing initiatives. You’ll be the go-to head of demand generation and will partner across the organization to hit pipeline and revenue goals as well as track success of our marketing campaigns and programs through marketing operations.
This job is based in Mountain View, California, and an in-person presence is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing programs that generate awareness and inbound demand that results in pipeline from key B2B accounts in the construction technology sector
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing programs, including email marketing, content creation, webinars, and digital advertising
- Collaborate with external agencies focused on event marketing, SEO content, and digital advertising (SEM, Social, Display) efforts
- Analyze program performance to adjust promotional channels and content accordingly
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, campaign execution, and lead generation goals
- Use marketing software and analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Manage budgets and forecasts related to marketing programs, ensuring efficient use of resources
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience developing and executing marketing programs that drive awareness and demand, specifically in a B2B environment with large or strategic sales processes
- Proven experience with both 1:many and account-based marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong expertise in managing marketing programs and working with marketing agencies
- Technical proficiency with a B2B Marketing tech stack, including marketing automation (Hubspot experience preferred), CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), and account-based marketing software (e.g. 6Sense, Demandbase, etc)
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex campaigns and market data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills including internal presentations and copywriting (a portfolio you can share of ads, emails, landing pages, social media, blogs, etc.)
- Knowledge of the construction industry or with construction technology companies is an advantage for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent additional work experience
