The US Marketing Team within the Sequencing & Life Science business provides differentiated reagent and instrument solutions for all steps of the sequencing workflow. We enable Translational and Clinical laboratories to make research breakthroughs today that lead to superior patient care in oncology, infectious disease, and other disease areas now and in the future.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As part of Sequencing & Life Science US Marketing Team:
- You collaborate with US and Global colleagues to launch new sequencing systems
- You position those systems to the market, demonstrating how systems’ features and benefits meet or exceed US customer requirements
- You engage with peers to create and implement inbound and outbound promotional strategies and tactics
- You perform routine product management of systems post-launch
- You monitor customer and competitor activities to adjust activities in a dynamic market
Who You Are:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or Business
- You hold 5 years experience in marketing, selling, or supporting next-generation sequencers, with at least 3 years in Marketing
- Confirmed experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including Sales and Support, post-launch
- Confirmed understanding of customer needs within the US next-generation sequencing market
- Sequencing instrument launches in a matrixed organization
- Product management for a sequencer (e.g., forecasting, stock management, Salesforce.com utilization)
- Outbound product promotion, collateral creation, and Sales enablement
Location:
- Primary location is Indianapolis onsite preferred, however US remote eligiblility may be considered
- No relocation benefits are provided with this role
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $124,500 – $231,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
