The Manager, Integrated Marketing will play a vital role in supporting Patient and HCP marketing strategies for growth brands or launch brands within the US Pharma organization.

 

Reporting to a Brand Marketer, the individual will collaborate closely with HCP Marketers, Patient Marketers, and other strategic partners to ensure effective orchestration of marketing strategies into campaigns, tactics, and experiences.

 

The role involves contributing to creative concepts, messaging architecture, and asset creation. The Manager will be instrumental in executing digital marketing strategies, ensuring their implementation and optimization, and collaborating on integrated marketing plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated brand marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing SPOC and HCP Marketer.
  • Build brand-specific Patient domain expertise and create engaging content and concepts for personalized experiences.
  • Share knowledge on processes to engage Patients and drive behavior change throughout the brand lifecycle.
  • Execute best-in-class digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and optimize digital plans.
  • Cultivate an impactful team that interfaces across key functions to achieve product strategies and objectives.
  • Support and deliver the Patient integrated plan for the brand, defining resourcing and handling the allocated budget.
  • Drive excellence in developing lead assets for Patients through domain expertise, collaborating with the Customer Experience Planning and Optimization team.
  • Provide business requirements and input into selecting the agency (AoR) for brand marketing (Patient) and enhance agency relationships.
  • Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams on integrated plans and lead assets.

Compensation: The pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,400.00 and $195,600.00 per year. Final pay determinations will depend on factors such as geographical location, experience level, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package may include elements such as a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and other benefits (401(k) eligibility, medical, financial, etc.).

 

Location and Travel: This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (with potential legal entity restrictions). While there is no relocation provided, the expectation of working hours and travel (35-40%) will be defined by the hiring manager.
