About the role:
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will serve as the right hand to the VP of Marketing. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, with a focus on cultural branding, marketing, social initiatives, events and scrappy ways to megaphone Raft to our ICP. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills to drive impactful results.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Cultural Branding: Own and develop Raft’s brand identity, ensuring alignment with our values, mission, and target audience. Develop innovative strategies to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty. Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and more. Drive engagement and growth through compelling content and strategic messaging.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage high-impact, creative campaigns the positively influence revenue, market share and brand awareness across our ICP.
- Event Logistics: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ranging from industry conferences, lead generation events, webinars and podcasts.
- Graphic Design and Content: Pitch in as needed to create visually appealing graphics, collateral, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to maintain brand consistency and quality.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in branding, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
- Experience in event planning and logistics management.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
