The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of ethical, transparent, competitive, and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in New York.
Reporting directly to the COO, the Marketing Director will be responsible for helping Rapaport Auctions create and manage its digital and offline marketing activities to increase awareness; generate and process qualified leads; and increase participation in its monthly auctions – including email campaigns, landing pages, advertising, social media, inbound and tradeshows.
They will be a highly experienced team player with the ability to coordinate successful execution of marketing plans in an effective and efficient manner. Most importantly, they must be passionate about Rapaport values and the role we play in the diamond and jewelry industry.
This is a full-time position with Rapaport Diamond based in the Rapaport New York office.
Responsibilities
- Own end to end strategy and execution of marketing for NY auctions
- Perform day-to-day marketing tasks and manage marketing projects
- Formulate and implement marketing strategy, create marketing plans, and implementing marketing initiatives
- Utilize HubSpot automated marketing software to create and implement email campaigns, workflows, landing pages and content
- Perform market research
- Help manage the production of promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns: Google ads, emails, social media and inbound marketing – including conversion optimization and reporting
- Manage the creation of content for blogs, social media and case studies
- Manage strategy and implementation of tradeshows and events
- Take on a community management role and manage social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for affiliate and partnership marketing with industry organizations and publications
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant work experience marketing to B2B companies
- Academic degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related areas
- Proficient use of marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot
- Experience in lead generation through organic, inbound and digital marketing
- Knowledgeable about marketing funnels, lead scoring, lead profiling, and other methods of the lead qualification process
- Familiarity with PPC, social media and community management
- Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies
- Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
