As a Senior Marketing Manager at Tabnine, you will report to the Head of Marketing Programs and be tasked with supporting the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at growing brand awareness within buying groups at target accounts and customer segments. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and external agencies/contractors to support attainment of quarterly lead targets and pipeline goals. We are looking for an individual who is both creative and data-driven, ready to roll up their sleeves, detail oriented, experienced with executing high-quality marketing programs, and who possesses a passion for technology.

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Manager with deep industry experience in the dev tools space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of both evergreen and one-off email marketing nurtures.
- Social Media Management: Own promotional activities of content through our social media accounts to foster engagement and grow followership, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Content Marketing: Help manage projects to ensure timely development of multi-media marketing content and assets aligned to our campaigns and programs.
- Search Engine Optimization: Support the execution of our SEO strategy working with contractors, developers and our SEO agency.
- Event Marketing: Help execute webinars and in-person events to actively engage customers and help generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Support the execution and coordination of lead generation programs with third-party media providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant area of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing at B2B Software Startups.
- Understanding of the dev tools space is strongly preferred.
- Experience with using Zoominfo, Hubspot, or equivalent data enrichment solution or CRM preferred.
- Proven track record of executing event, webinar, and content syndication programs that drove new business.
- Creative thinker with a passion for technology, strong bias for action, and oriented towards continuous optimization and improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
