About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to help shape and execute our marketing strategies across both B2B and DTC channels. This role requires a versatile marketing professional who can effortlessly switch between strategic planning and hands-on implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for business partnerships and consumers.
The role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Whisker Labs senior team to drive growth and impact strategy. If you bring a broad range of marketing expertise, excel at moving quickly, and are dedicated to making an impact, we want to hear from you!
Job Duties
- Help shape and execute a marketing strategy that quickly accelerates Whisker Labs’ brand awareness and drives rapid sales growth.
- Drive new marketing initiatives taking them from concept to execution.
- Support B2B partnerships with program launch strategies and collateral that ensure marketing success.
- Lead execution of consumer marketing initiatives across website, search, social media, email, and other key touchpoints.
- Oversee all elements of collateral creation including strategy, timelines, messaging, and design.
- Plan and execute tradeshow and event appearances to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer support to execute marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with our PR firm to develop and implement media strategies that enhance brand visibility and secure positive coverage.
- Continuously evaluate and improve brand guidelines to ensure consistency, elevate brand identity, and adapt to evolving market trends.
- Advise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both B2B and DTC strategies.
- Proven track record of independently developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a marketing team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Keen design eye with a strong ability to identify and guide visually compelling and cohesive campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to support in office initiatives 1-2 times per week
