Senior Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,600 – $263,200 annually

Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate brand story into multi-channel campaign strategies that drive demand
  • Own planning and execution of campaigns across email, webinars, and digital channels
  • Develop detailed campaign calendars, briefs, and messaging frameworks for effective execution
  • Lead content strategy for integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with audience insights and funnel metrics
  • Manage campaign lifecycle programs, including segmentation, nurture design, and behavioral triggers
  • Develop team members through clear priorities, coaching, and establishing repeatable campaign processes
  • Define success metrics and optimize campaign performance through data monitoring and analysis

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in integrated campaigns and demand generation
  • Prior experience managing a team in a hands-on leadership role
  • Proven track record of owning campaigns from concept through execution and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven content strategy and campaign decisions
  • Project management experience to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of email, lifecycle, and webinar marketing as demand drivers
