Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Project Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the execution of key brand and channel marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and improve customer dedication through the use of various online and offline marketing channels. This role maintains a broad knowledge base ranging from digital, social media, print, copywriting, and content marketing to deliver quick turnaround in support of brand marketing strategies and initiatives and support marketing department operations and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to support multiple business units’ growth by developing B2B content marketing, thought leadership, and demand generation strategies that drive measurable return on investment for Nurse and Allied Solutions
- Consistently implements and demonstrates strategic expertise across these areas: Website, blog, digital and display advertising, content marketing, email marketing, thought leadership, lead nurture, SEM, event marketing, and social media.
- Plan and lead all aspects of the implementation of marketing plans, projects, materials, and initiatives, adhering to budget and maintaining marketing collateral and asset inventory
- Work with vendors to compile tactic specs, and due dates and handle the timely release of creative assets
- Lead all aspects of the development of marketing deliverables to ensure they align with the brand’s goals, objectives, and messaging
- Monitor and measure campaign performance data, handle and maintain program updates, and interpret analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain expertise in assigned business lines’ service offerings, target audiences, and positioning and be able to serve as SME for internal collaborators, vendors, etc.,
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, digital, social media, website) and business line partners to complete strategic, integrated marketing campaigns
- Actively leads to 2-3 large projects, and 8-10 smaller projects at any given time.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree | Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- 3-5 years in marketing, preferably with experience developing and completing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Firm understanding of buyer’s journey and content marketing.
- Experience with Pardot, SalesForce, and Monday.com is a plus.
