Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Demand Generation Marketer to join our team, we are a rapidly growing company in B2B software & telecommunication. The primary focus of this role is to drive lead production and support our sales team by identifying top-of-the-funnel sales leads. The successful candidate will own multiple tactical marketing touchpoints, systems, and processes, with the opportunity for the role to expand in responsibility and scope as the company grows.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Propose, and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, referral, and event-driven initiatives, to generate leads and drive sales meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Assess and recommend enhancement and improvement to reach best-in-class results.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, with a strong focus on optimizing conversions, open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Utilize automation tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, or GHL to streamline marketing processes.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as conversion rates and appointment/meeting production.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously innovate and experiment with new marketing tactics and strategies to drive growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B software marketing, preferably within a VC-backed and high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong content development and writing skills, with an emphasis on email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach) and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience in building multi-channel campaigns and driving inbound opportunities and sales meetings through effective marketing tactics.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving lead generation and sales objectives.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing landscape and embrace experimentation and failure as part of the learning process.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
