Numerica Credit Union
With the goal of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams and building communities, this position under limited supervision assists the Marketing Program Manager in the implementation of Marketing Programs supporting the goals and objectives of the Credit Union by performing the following duties:

Marketing Campaign Development And Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaign plans in partnership with Marketing leadership and cross-departmental leadership to support organizational and portfolio growth.
- Coordinate direct mail, OOH, digital, and email campaigns as needed.
- Write creative briefs and work with key stakeholders to secure approval and project manage the production of these briefs.
- Partner with Organizational Data Management and IT partners to create automated reports for campaign measurement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to Marketing leadership.
- Assist with competitive research, activity, and campaign reporting.
- Look for and propose new ways to increase growth and expansion of credit union products and/or services.
- Assist with campaign budget management, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Help manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and agencies, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Branch And Department Support
- Communicate critical marketing information to frontline teams in a timely manner.
- Fulfill branch and department requests submitted to the Marketing ticketing system.
- Develop branch communications and relationships.
- Responsible for the distribution of marketing collateral to branch and department locations.
- Update Noogle (or relevant internal communication platform) with current promotional and communication materials and partner with internal communications teams to keep staff up to date on important promotional and project developments.
- Develop branch communications and relationships with the Internal Communications team.
Marketing Operations And Administration
- Works with established budget to order and maintain accurate inventory of promotional/specialty items.
- Partners with Marketing stakeholders and vendors to ensure projects and processes are completed on time and stay within scope.
- Project manages promotions, special requests, and organizational and department projects to ensure timely execution of efforts that support organizational needs and priorities.
- Monitors the ticketing system and helps to reassign tickets and port into Trello (or relevant project management tool) as necessary.
- Partners with Marketing Program Manager in the planning and coordination of annual membership events.
- Assist with audits by collecting samples of all current messaging samples/advertisements, as well as competitive messaging samples and advertisements.
General Duties
- Partners with entire Marketing Department as needed.
- Maintains a close working relationship with our Community Impact and Communications team.
- Completes all job functions within the time frames and performance standards outlined by the Performance Management objectives.
- Maintains knowledge and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations and compliance standards on internal and external policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no formal, direct supervisory responsibilities although will work with leaders and peers in the organization to drive results.
Performance Standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet all production and distribution schedules.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; plus five to seven years practical experience in a marketing function, or any combination of skills and experience equivalent to above requirements.
Prefered Qualifications
- 4 years working in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team, including client management, campaign execution and strategic planning.
- 4 years with project management practices, such as the Kanban method, Agile, Waterfall or Six Sigma.
- Financial institution, specifically Credit Union marketing experience a plus.
- Experience with Out-of-Home (OOH) and digital media buys.
- Master’s degree in a marketing or communications related field.
SKILLS And ABILITIES
- Advanced communication and copywriting skills.
- A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
- Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others.

- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
