Location: Marlborough, MA – Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the process, development, and delivery of marketing communications and programs. This role involves leading initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of key marketing programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program milestones and timelines for all major projects.
• Build and maintain a knowledge database/repository of programs and key learnings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate major customer events and trade shows (cross-business and cross-modality), including pre- and post-event planning, scheduling demonstrators, training, preparing sales tools and collateral, and managing inquiry follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• 2-3 years of marketing experience or equivalent field experience.
• Strong project management capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
