Job Duties And Responsibilities
The Boost Mobile Local Marketing team is seeking an ambitious, energetic and results-oriented marketing lead. This role is responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community engagement, as well as create reporting to analyze and optimize the hyperlocal marketing campaign performance.
In this role, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our customers and elevate our brand visibility in the local Denver, CO area. He/She/They will blend innovative marketing strategies to ultimately grow the channel and drive activation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement local marketing strategies that align with overall company goals and drive customer growth in the area
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencer’s to promote brand initiatives and enhance community presence
- Event Planning and Coordination: Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from conception through completion. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies
- Budget Management: Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for all campaigns
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints
Skills, Experience And Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience)
- 5 years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community engagement strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong presentation skills
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Willing to work with grit and grind mentality
Travel
- Located in-office/onsite in Littleton, CO with 10% local travel as needed
Salary Ranges
- Compensation: $72,350.00/Year – $103,400.00/Year
