As the Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Strategic Audiences Partner Marketing team that develops and implements our partner marketing strategy for the largest of Expedia Group’s lodging chain and transport partners, to increase engagement, and business growth. This role provides an excellent career growth opportunity, deepening your marketing and leadership skills with high-profile travel partners.
This position collaborates with many internal departments including Account Management, Strategy and Performance, Digital Operations, Creative, and Analytics teams to gather intelligence, define plans, and implement programs to increase partner engagement and success!
In This Role You Will
- Collaborate with commercial team account managers and internal strategy teams globally to provide multi-channel and account-based marketing activities to drive partner engagement, business results and deepen relationships
- Develop and implement strategic, data-driven solutions to drive messaging at scale to partners
- Create tailored content relevant per audience, including global, regional and by partner segment
- Drive partners to self-serve adoption and implement new streamlined processes where possible, to provide efficiencies for account management and partners
- Apply test and learn strategies to gain insights into what drives partner engagement and action
- Leverage existing content and learnings from the broader Strategic Audiences marketing team and provide input to team challenges and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the correct marketing activity prioritization, alignment with other partner facing activities and emerging opportunities
- Partner with analytics and internal teams to measure the impact of our marketing activities
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in marketing strategies
Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or Communications, Advertising or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and programs that engage B2B customers/partners – using a range of marketing activities and technologies
- Strong written communication and visual storytelling
- Highly motivated individual who thrives when balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace with a strong bias for action and attention to detail
- Exceptional planning skills with a proven track record of consistently executing and producing results on time
- Ability to successfully navigate new or ambiguous situations in a globally matrixed organization
- Strong campaign performance tracking and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively across the organization to build campaigns and programs to achieve business objectives
- Strong data analysis and insight development skills
- Message Gears or Marketo email system experience is a plus
- Preference for previous experience working in a role with a global remit
- Strong personal accountability, adaptability and ability to learn from and apply feedback effectively
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
