What is the job:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager in Radware’s Global Portfolio Marketing team plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic marketing initiatives. This individual is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of Radware’s security solutions to the market.
Successful candidates will own thought leadership content program for the application protection and cloud security portfolio, act as a subject matter expert to the media and overall market, as well as in internal enablement and sales support, and own the overall market strategy to establish and bolster Radware’s brand visibility and credibility as a leader in the information security market.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager must possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity products and the challenges customers face in this domain. They are tasked with crafting compelling narratives that resonate with business audiences, highlighting the benefits and differentiators of the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and coherence in messaging across various channels.
- Understanding industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, which informs the creation of targeted marketing plans.
- Creating sales enablement materials such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, and whitepapers, as well as digital content like blog posts, webinars, and social media campaigns.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and impact.
- Develop strategic thought leadership themes and messages for the portfolio globally. Produce content and marketing kits for each theme, and drive outreach activities in tandem with marketing teams.
- Represent Radware at relevant tradeshows/events. Apply to speaking opportunities and act as an industry security SME.
- Support sales teams with customer and partner engagements to present Radware’s overall solutions and thought leadership topics.
What you need:
- 6+ years’ experience in product marketing or product management w/marketing responsibilities.
- Excellent writer and public speaker with proven record and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Application Security industry
- Strong project Management skills are essential, as the role requires overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously, often within tight deadlines.
- Passionate about technology and ability to understand it.
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns) and understanding of various marketing functions such as:
- Press & Analyst Relations
- Channel & OEM Marketing Programs
- Field Marketing
- Social Media
- Competitive Intelligence
- BSc/BA Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent.
How can you stand out:
- Technical background, MBA are advantages.
- Familiarity with AI tools related to product marketing work.
- Certifications in Information Security such as CISSP or CISM.
