About the role

Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who’s creative, driven, and strategic — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you’ll do

  • Craft the story: develop our product positioning and messaging, grounding the narrative in customer insight and market context to create a differentiated story that clicks with audiences
  • Lead launches end-to-end: own go-to-market strategy for new products and features, with a focus on delivering results for overall business growth
  • Enable revenue teams: create training, collateral, and enablement resources to arm our Sales and Success teams to win deals and drive expansion
  • Engage customers: build compelling content — with live workshops, blog posts, social, and more — that educates customers, increases product activation, and amplifies Attio in the market
  • Measure what matters: define clear KPIs for launches and campaigns, track results, and share insights to raise the bar every cycle

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for various audiences
  • Data fluency to identify opportunities and deliver results proactively
  • A builder’s mindset. You thrive in a dynamic environment, roll up your sleeves, and GSD
  • An eye for quality. Whether you’re crafting launch strategy or writing copy, you know what good looks like and deliver work you stand behind

Bonus points if you have

  • Worked at high-growth startups
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, GTM software, and/or technical product marketing
