The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities for key technology solutions, including B2B AI, cloud, IoT, computer vision, and cybersecurity products and services. This role will involve mentoring and guiding team members while also focusing on growing the overall Product Marketing practice.


Success in this role means efficiently managing product launches, enabling sales, and developing impactful messaging and marketing strategies that excite channel partners, customers, and internal teams. This role will also focus on developing the product marketing team’s skills and maintaining Claro’s Great Place to Work designation. This role does not directly manage other team members.

 

Responsibilities

 

Strategic Marketing- To expedite the customer journey:

  • Refine and prioritize customer segments at portfolio, solutions, and product levels.
  • Define solution packaging, messaging, and positioning aligned with customer segments.
  • Define and position product value through competitive analysis, market understanding, and Sales inputs.
  • Clearly articulate and organize core positioning and messaging across the portfolio to scale cross-teams.

Product Marketing Execution: Lead product marketing execution and outbound marketing, driving product and solution value for Claro. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, position and message product/solution differentiation; create compelling marketing assets; and spearhead product/solution launches.

  • Develop product families and portfolios to prioritize GTM strategies for key segments.
  • Benchmark product marketing performance and analyze market data, including sales forecasts and competitive updates.
  • Refine messaging, segmentation, and product naming for each line.
  • Create persuasive marketing materials like use cases, testimonials, and demos.
  • Maintain and update portfolio assets and diagrams.
  • Act on customer insights and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with product management to inform product strategy, pricing, and competitive positioning. 

Outbound Marketing: Influence external stakeholders to deliver solution portfolio success

  • Communicate portfolio value to prospects, partners, analysts, and the media.
  • Represent Claro at trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events.
  • Lead the development of presentations, thought leadership content, and analyst communications.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across public-facing materials (web, sales presentations, ads).
  • Mentor junior PMMs to enhance outbound marketing effectiveness.

Product Launches and Campaigns: Identify, create and drive solution launches that meet defined KPIs

  • Plan and execute solution/product launches aligned with sales forecasts.
  • Manage launch activities, including digital marketing and customer events, in collaboration with demand generation team.
  • Optimize launch outcomes through asset reuse and strategic partnerships.
  • Regularly review product roadmaps to align launch strategies and KPI-based performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B product marketing in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Experience managing product marketing launch activities.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing content and drive product/solution launches.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing and data tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Zoominfo Marketing OS and Sales OS, Outreach,Tableau, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and technical certifications are a plus.
  • Ideally, experience delivering IoT, cloud, cyber and related B2B technology solutions
  • Ideally, experience marketing B2B technology services
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with AI solutions that increase marketing, sales & cross-team efficiencies

Language Skills: English. Spanish is a plus.
