Base Salary: $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 depending on experience.
- Position includes Base and 15% MIP Bonus Plan.

Summary: Manage, plan and implement product marketing, product definition and general marketing management for assigned TABS products, services and solutions through the lifecycle in support of EID business objectives. Typically assigned product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop product offerings, marketing strategy and plans for assigned product lines and/or services.
- Understand and ascertain the business pain points of clients and convert this knowledge into strong product positioning and marketing messages; translate technology functions and features into business value.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned product line or subset of a product line in order to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives.
- Manage and Identify market potential, analyze marketing and pricing strategies, and estimate potential sales growth.
- Conduct Market analysis and make recommendations as required.
- Understanding of competitor products and analyze impact to marketability.
- Identify customer needs and make recommendations.
- Participate in the development of executive presentations.
- Manage and review progress of product through life cycle to ensure attainment of objectives.
- Recommend marketing plans in support of strategic aspects of market selection, product positioning and brand development.
- May manage vendor selection and management. Collaborate with TABS Teams to optimize product offering.
- Manage, plan and organize marketing reporting activities and development for assigned products or product line.
- Develop and analyze related reports and identity problem areas and make recommendations to management.
- Participate in PSI Analysis, monthly forecasting and semi-annual budgeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline or equivalent.
- 5 years of product marketing or product lifecycle management with at least 3 years in a management capacity overseeing the work of less senior product managers or large-scale product lines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of global product & service planning and execution with demonstrated marketing knowledge of the bar code label printer industry.
- Experience in developing and executing marking plans, channel analysis, market research, business plan development, marketing programs, life cycle analysis, monitoring competitor position, establishing pricing strategies and product analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of product planning and execution.
- Must be organized with exposure to project management.
- Ability to translate technical information into executive presentations.
- Must have proficient computer skills including Windows, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Must have the ability to travel.
