The Opportunity
The Coda product is in the middle of a fundamental transformation, becoming AI-native within the Superhuman platform. This is a 0-to-1 moment: new products, new positioning, new audiences, and a new competitive narrative to build. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Coda team, you’ll own the full product marketing lifecycle for these products as they evolve, from partnering with PMs and designers to shape what gets built, to defining how it gets positioned and launched, to driving adoption and growth in a market where Notion, Airtable, Google, and Microsoft are deeply entrenched. You’ll be the connective thread between product, marketing, sales, and customer success, making complex AI-powered products feel clear and compelling to everyone from individual users to enterprise buyers. This role offers the chance to define how Superhuman wins in one of the most competitive categories in productivity software, working in a collaborative, idea-driven culture where creativity and learning are encouraged.
In This Role, You Will
- Partner deeply with product managers and designers, participating in discovery and roadmap conversations and bringing customer, competitive, and market insight that shapes product priorities and direction.
- Develop and own positioning and messaging frameworks that work across self-serve, team, and enterprise audiences, connecting individual product capabilities to the broader Superhuman suite narrative.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for new features and products across the roadmap, including launch tiering, customer-facing content, enablement materials, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive adoption and retention strategy in partnership with lifecycle and growth teams, using product data and usage signals to identify activation gaps, improve onboarding, and accelerate time-to-value.
- Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and apply competitive and market insights to positioning, messaging, and sales-facing assets, while proactively surfacing relevant insights to product and GTM teams.
- Build and maintain the customer evidence pipeline, including case studies, proof points, and usage-driven narratives that strengthen the product story and enable the sales team.
- Collaborate with solutions marketing on enterprise positioning and sales plays, and with customer success and community teams on adoption and feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Has 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS or productivity software company, with experience owning a product area across multiple launch cycles.
- Has demonstrated ability to partner with product and design teams, influencing roadmap decisions with customer and market insight, not just marketing what’s already been built.
- Has experience defining go-to-market strategy and personally executing it, including writing content, building enablement materials, and coordinating cross-functionally, with confidence in operating at a small-team scale.
- Has experience driving adoption, activation, or retention beyond initial launch, with comfort using product data and usage signals to inform strategy.
- Has a track record of developing positioning and messaging for technical or platform products that resonate across a range of audiences, from self-serve users to enterprise buyers.
- Has experience applying competitive and market intelligence to positioning, messaging, and product direction.
- Has experience working with product teams building AI features, where development cycles are faster, less predictable, and involve rapid experimentation, with comfort adapting PMM processes to that environment.
- Shows strong cross-functional instincts with the ability to be the connective thread across product, sales, CS, marketing, and other go-to-market functions.
- Actively uses AI tools in their own workflow to accelerate research, analysis, and content creation.
- Works independently with minimal guidance, manages competing priorities across multiple projects, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
