Your Impact
As Sr. Specialist of Paid Social Media you will be responsible for hands-on management of paid social programs, campaigns, and day-to-day optimizations. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.
- Lead planning, execution, and analysis of paid social platforms, programs and campaigns
- Create paid social media plans supporting brand and customer marketing strategies
- Manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with cross-functional internal teams, vendors, and agencies
- Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, identify new and emerging paid social media opportunities, and influence innovation
Minimum Salary: $82,500.00
Maximum Salary: $112,665.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid social required
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience with multiple paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) preferred
- Experience within an agency or retail organization preferred
- Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Occasional travel involved
