About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary strategic partner for our clients, building and nurturing strong relationships while serving as their main point of contact. You will oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies across SEO & paid advertising. Your ability to translate client goals into actionable strategies will position you as a trusted advisor, driving long-term success and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned SEO clients, managing communication via Slack, Video, and email.
  • Campaign Execution Oversight: Work with our fulfillment teams to ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization are delivered on time and to standard.
  • Progress Calls: Lead monthly Zoom meetings to review results, educate clients, and discuss next steps.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites) that align with client goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Present SEO data in a clear and actionable way that highlights ROI and supports decision-making.
  • Client Retention: Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ Years of Experience: Preferably in a client-facing SEO or account management role at a digital agency.
  • Local SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, and citations.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms and run client calls with confidence.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple accounts and following through on every client need.
  • Growth-Minded: Motivated to exceed expectations, solve problems, and contribute to a fast-paced team.
