Position Overview
As the Social Media and Brand Ambassador Manager, you will lead the strategy, creative direction, execution and performance analysis for Aroma Joe’s social media and ambassador/influencer programs. Keep up to date on trends, analytics, and channel best practices. Identify, engage, and manage influencer relationships, lead impactful collaborations, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Further develop, refine and execute on the social media and influencer/ambassador strategy and amplification across paid and owned channels.
- Oversee content creation, publishing schedules, and community engagement across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Identify emerging platforms, trends, and technologies.
- Oversee budgets, tools, and partnerships.
- Ensure internal alignment with overall strategy, messaging and creative.
- Work with third party agencies ensuring strategy, deliverables and measurable results.
- Identify, vet, and contract influencers/content creators.
- Track campaign performance, compile post-campaign reports, and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful social media campaigns for CPG or QSR brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with influencer partnerships and UGC strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Understanding of paid media buying and retargeting campaigns.
