Webflow

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Lead to own the voice, presence, and storytelling of our brand across all major social platforms. This role isn’t just about distribution, it’s about narrative. You’ll be the frontline editor and creative strategist for how Webflow shows up across the internet. That means building scroll-stopping content, elevating community stories, and using every post to move people from curiosity to inspiration to advocacy.

You’ll lead our always-on strategy, influence how we show up around product and brand moments, and work cross-functionally to make sure our most compelling ideas break through. If your DNA is part journalist, part showrunner, and part cultural translator, you’ll thrive here.
