As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be an integral part of BetterBody Foods’ dynamic marketing team, managing the social media presence for well-established brands like PBfit, Oatsome, and more. This role will provide you with the opportunity to shape and execute social media strategies, lead creative content development, and build meaningful influencer and brand partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing to drive growth while elevating brand presence and engagement. Some travel for events and brand activations may be required.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of engaging social media posts and stories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube for PBfit, Oatsome, BBF, & Plant Junkie.
- Collaborate with the creative team to direct weekly photoshoots, ensuring the production of high-quality and brand-aligned content.
- Craft compelling and social media copy that uses our brand tone of voice and drives engagement.
- Respond to comments and direct messages on all social platforms.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and spearhead social media strategies that will boost engagement, drive brand awareness, and increase KPIs.
- Manage influencer partnerships, including outreach, collaboration, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics, identifying insights to optimize campaign performance and improve KPIs.
- Find effective brand partnerships and brand collaborations for social media
- Be at the forefront of trends by curating and planning creative content ideas that incorporate recipes, seasonal trends, and popular hashtags to maximize engagement.
Who You Are:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is essential, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is always looking for new ways to innovate and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to take on any task and be a team player.
- In-depth experience across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) with a passion for staying ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices.
- You’re comfortable tracking key metrics and providing detailed reports that inform decision-making, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.

- Proven track record in successfully managing social media platforms and content creation for brands, with a focus on driving growth and engagement.
- You have a passion for digital trends and can adapt quickly to the fast-changing social media landscape, ensuring our content stays fresh and engaging.
- Ability to adapt your writing to fit the tone and personality of each brand.
- You are highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- You bring a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and a can-do attitude to every challenge, contributing to a positive team culture.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with photo editing in Adobe Suite.
- Copywriting experience.
- Experience in managing influencer relationships and campaigns, driving brand partnerships, and measuring influencer impact.
- Familiar with platforms such as Monday.com, Sprout Social, Sprout Social Influencer Marketing (previously known as Tagger).
