Develop and execute multiple, often concurrent, social media strategies that support Brand Experiences—including sports, sponsorships, and community campaigns. Deliver effective strategies for media planning, audience targeting, channel mix, creative execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting across paid, organic, partnership, teammate, and influencer activations to achieve best-in-class social media and influencer performance outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of multiple concurrent social media and influencer marketing campaigns in alignment with enterprise and line-of-business strategies.

Oversee execution of content calendars, creative workflows, legal/compliance/risk review processes, paid media strategies, measurement, and reporting.

Scale brand awareness, consideration, and conversion through targeted social media channels, media planning, and creative activations.

Ensure brand visual and voice consistency across all campaigns, including multicultural initiatives.

Develop and implement actionable plans to evolve, grow, and optimize channel presence and engagement.

Provide strategic recommendations for innovative social media tactics, influencer initiatives, and emerging technology solutions.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior marketing leaders, internal teams, and external channel/agency partners.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent education and training).

7+ years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing (or equivalent mix of education and experience).

Deep subject matter expertise in social media and influencer marketing.

Strong understanding of organizational strategies and processes.

Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and apply best practices.

Proven ability to lead complex, high-risk projects and manage professional teams.

Independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
-
Advanced analytical skills for solving complex business and technical problems.

Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive adoption of new perspectives.

Knowledge of industry competitive landscape and regulatory factors.

Expertise across key social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.
Preferred:

Experience in brand and sports partnerships social media marketing.

Background in financial services or related industries.

Integrated and digital marketing experience.

Proven success in delivering national and/or global campaigns.
Other Job Requirements / Working Conditions

Sitting: 25–50% of the time.

Visual/Audio/Speaking: Must be able to access and interpret client information on a computer and communicate effectively in person and by phone.

Manual Dexterity/Keyboarding: Proficient in using standard office equipment (PC, keyboard, mouse, printers, etc.).

Availability: Able to work scheduled hours, including overtime if required.

Travel: Up to 25%.
