At Signature Solar, we are seeking a Social Media Manager who possesses a knack for data-driven insights and an innovative approach to amplifying our brand’s reach across multiple platforms. This role is pivotal in our quest to fortify our brand’s online presence, harnessing the power of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. In addition, a deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for YouTube uploads will be pivotal in ensuring our content reaches the right audience.

 

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Execution of Signature Solar’s Social Media Strategy and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging text, images, and other content.
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products or services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
  • Develop an optimal posting calendar and timeline.
  • Oversee social media accounts and engage with audiences when needed.
  • Develop and manage an affiliate and influencer marketing program, including identifying key partners and driving brand growth through social media campaigns.
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
  • All other duties as assigned.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a multichannel sales and services industry.
  • Understanding of how social media works and the power of the platforms to consumer businesses.
  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or a similar field.
