Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually

The Social Media & Reputation Manager is a dynamic, high-impact role responsible for owning and growing our organic social media presence, managing our business listings across all platforms, and driving our online reputation strategy across 80+ regions. This position is a great fit for someone who is naturally organized, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work – someone who enjoys owning their space, moves with purpose, anticipates needs, and brings fresh ideas to the table. This role blends creative content strategy with operational precision, and plays a critical role in how families, providers, payor partners, and potential hires evaluate us before they ever make contact.

Responsibilities

Organic Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across all platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn that drives awareness and engagement.
  • Create, produce, and schedule high-quality content including static graphics, short-form video, reels, and stories.
  • Film, edit, and produce video content in collaboration with center teams, clinical directors, and marketing leadership to authentically represent our brand and services.
  • Build and manage a proactive content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence across all regions and platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance and deliver regular reporting on reach, engagement, and content effectiveness with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices, adapting strategy accordingly and bringing new ideas proactively.
  • Monitor and respond to all direct messages, comments, and inquiries across organic posts and paid ad placements in a timely manner – same day where possible.
  • Engage consistently with followers, partner organizations, and community members to grow credibility and trust in each market.

Reputation & Business Listings Management

  • Own and manage our online reputation strategy on relevant platforms, including Google and Yelp.
  • Launch, manage, and continuously optimize review generation campaigns to improve star ratings and review volume across all locations.
  • Monitor reviews daily and ensure timely, thoughtful responses. Coordinate responses to negative comments with leadership, ensuring brand voice and professionalism are maintained at all times.
  • Proactively coordinate with Clinical Directors and center administrators to encourage patient review submissions, following up in regions where campaigns are underperforming.
  • Track reputation metrics by region, identify trends, and develop action plan based on findings.
  • Own all business listings across Google Business Profile, Yelp, Apple Maps, Beaming Health, etc.
  • Create and verify listings for new center openings and maintain accuracy across hours, photos, services, insurance information, and contact details.
  • Identify and resolve broken, duplicate, or unverified listings.

Organization, Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date tracker of all active projects, listing statuses, review campaign performance, and content schedules.
  • Communicate proactively on timelines, blockers, and priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team, clinical directors, and center administrators to gather content, coordinate approvals, and execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media management, online reputation management, or a combined digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high volume of responsibilities across multiple locations with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Experience managing Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other business listing platforms across multiple locations.
  • Strong video filming and editing skills – comfortable producing short-form content independently using a smartphone and/or basic editing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven system for tracking, prioritizing, and executing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Fast, proactive communicator who flags issues early and follows through consistently.
  • Strong written voice with the ability to adapt tone for community engagement, review responses, and brand content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and understanding of the sales funnel.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA considerations and sensitivity when creating content or responding to reviews in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Working knowledge of paid social media and how organic and paid strategies complement each other across the funnel.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms to manage workload and communicate progress.
