As a key leader within our dynamic brand marketing team, the Social Media Strategist will spearhead the development and execution of innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance our client’s presence and engage their target audiences.
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all social media initiatives, managing UGC creator partnerships, and driving measurable results that align with clients’ overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Lead the creation of strategic monthly content calendars to ensure engaging,
- relevant, and on-brand content across all social media platforms.
- Oversee the scheduling and publishing of social media posts, ensuring
- consistency in brand messaging and tone.
- Manage the development of high-quality social media content, ensuring
- adherence to client brand guidelines.
- Monitor and manage the brand’s social media channels, including direct
- messages, comments, and responses to maintain a consistent and professional
- brand voice.
Content Creation:
- Assist in developing platform-specific content where necessary
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including short-form reels,
- TikTok videos, and IG Stories.
- Enthusiastic and comfortable on camera and creating content.
Creator Management:
- Assist on UGC Creator strategies, identifying and engaging with creators who align
- with our brand and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, serving as the primary point
- of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration.●
- Assist in the coordination of creator content, including content approvals,
- package send-outs, and briefing.
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, implement, and monitor social media and
- influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and
- recommendations to optimize future campaigns in weekly/monthly reporting.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to
- keep our strategies current and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably
- within an agency or brand environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media and
- influencer marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut),
- and scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, metrics, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
- build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
- and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize campaign
