SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting management with the planning and execution of all digital marketing and communications to help the company increase visitor engagement, drive sales, increase customer loyalty and brand awareness.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with the design, building and maintenance of the company’s social media channels, search engine marketing and PPC. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights within digital campaigns to optimize performance and budget spend. Assists with the implementation of the content marketing strategy through topic development, tracking, design and implementation. Plan, execute, and measure A/B multivariate digital promotional campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing landing pages and optimize user experience. Analyzes and evaluates end-to-end customer and visitor experiences across multiple channels and touch points. Map conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners. Monitor digital marketing competition and provides ideas to garner more attention and gain competitive advantage. Evaluates emerging technologies and works with management to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE : 3 – 5 years of experience in online media, digital marketing or corporate agency marketing.
T ECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel is a must; advanced proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO), HubSpot, SalesForce, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other internet-based platforms.
COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to develop and implement a successful marketing plan/strategy. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trends as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment. Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information. Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change alternatives. Ability to present solid recommendations and take a stance on key digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of marketing research techniques, brand building/identity and marketing tools.
OTHER: Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
