Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Specialist in digital Media Marketing to support our digital marketing efforts by assisting in executing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on digital creative assets, across multiple channels. This role will be key in coordinating campaign assets, managing creative briefs, and overseeing creative trafficking to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with an understanding of paid media channels and creative requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Media Execution: Support the setup, execution, and management of paid media campaigns across channels, including Paid Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, and more.
  • Creative Briefing & Coordination: Develop clear and concise creative briefs, collaborating with the Creative team to ensure alignment with campaign goals and channel specifications.
  • Trafficking & Asset Management: Oversee trafficking and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring all creative meets platform specs and deadlines.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate timelines, assets, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Creative, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Optimization Support: Assist in monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement, supporting continuous optimization efforts.
  • Vendor & Agency Coordination: Work with external media agencies and vendors to facilitate smooth campaign execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise, as well as invoice management.
  • Competitive Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging channels, sharing insights with the broader team.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years in paid media, digital marketing, or a related role, with hands-on experience managing creative for digital campaigns
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and trafficking tools is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to support campaign needs
  • Ability to manage timelines and assets, and ensure campaign details are accurately executed
  • Experience with creative asset management and trafficking processes
  • Familiarity with ad specs and requirements across various paid media channels
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
