Core Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor online activity across departments and geographies to ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to create compelling and relevant visuals, videos, and written content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Optimize company profiles and pages to maximize engagement and reach.
- Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices and competitor activities to stay ahead in digital landscape.
- Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, addressing inquiries and building relationships.
- Leverage trending topics and hashtags to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to tailor content for specific markets while maintaining a cohesive global brand voice.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Regularly analyze social media performance using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualified Candidates Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B context within the food industry
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
