Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitors social media trends and cultural opportunities
  • Support social listening strategy and tactics across various web entities
  • Aid content and social media team in campaign and evergreen asset planning and creation
  • Develop asset briefs, support briefings and input creative requests to copywriters and production team(s)
  • Support team on live commerce video initiatives by working with cross-functional partners gather products, promotional offers and be day-of support during the production
  • Supports owned ambassador program by tracking outreach responses, contract progress and seeding product
  • Publish content through Petco’s CMS (AEM), social media scheduling platform (Sprinklr) and native platforms
  • Pulls monthly and campaign-level channel data from Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics and native platforms to inform reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or another related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in content marketing and/or social media or equivalent combination or education and experience.
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease and comfort
  • Experience with CMS (preference on Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms (preference with Sprinklr)
  • Advance knowledge of native social media platforms
