Role Overview: As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s content, design, and paid media initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for implementing effective strategies for continued growth. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days of onsite presence in our Santa Clara office. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with a deep understanding of marketing strategies, campaigns, and strong people management skills.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and analyze marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and KPIs.
- Ensure a fully integrated approach to campaign and content development in collaboration with team members.
- Create a digital marketing roadmap to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the marketing team and other departments on new initiatives.
Team Management:
- Assign tasks and monitor their execution to ensure success.
- Manage the Digital Marketing strategy, set KPI and ROI goals aligning with company objectives.
- Forecast sales performance across the marketing team to execute tasks and projects effectively.
- Manage vendor/freelance resources for projects as needed.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee online and offline marketing campaigns and relationships.
- Prepare reports and presentations, interpret information, and make recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
- Goal-setting mentality and excellent people management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Console, SER rush, and similar tools.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and SEO/SEM principles.
- CRM experience and tech-savvy mindset.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of Digital Marketing Management experience in e-commerce or a similar online business, with 3 years as a people manager.
- Expert level understanding of Digital and Online Marketing aspects.

Salary Range: $140,000 – $150,000/year (dependent on location and experience).
