About The Role
Responsible for creating, operating and managing the digital strategic and tactical plans for INGREZZA, reaching HCP customers. This position will have the opportunity to work with brand leads and the head of marketing to shape the strategy and success of the digital marketing initiatives, which may include:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize the user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction. Executes digital marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and organic search), paid media, social media, and owned digital channels to drive traffic and generate sales. Gathers and translates ideas into profitable, promotional marketing campaigns. Administers and executes online promotions. Evaluates program effectiveness and uses the findings to optimize all programs. Works with brand team members, operations, analytics, and agency partners to maximize existing marketing initiatives and develop new ones.
Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Conceive, evaluate and create a best-in-class digital platform for the brand teams.
- Based on goals of the brand, create and optimize efficient and powerful physician journeys, leveraging CRM and digital inputs.
- Manage the function and output of the HCP database. Assess success of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement, including vendor/partner decisions.
- Examine effectiveness of current digital assets, including web sites, SEM and SEO, social media, and content marketing. Create a vision for best-in-class performance and execute against the vision.
- Leverage deep skills in segmentation, communication and analytics to obtain positive influence with our target customers in the US, as well as maximizing audiences through organic growth strategies, increasing effectiveness of paid programs, and increasing physician engagement and conversion rates.
- Partner with brand team and contribute to the strategic development and execution of the brand initiatives.
- Participate in annual brand planning activities, including forecasts and budgeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage day-to-day activities of various agencies and vendor partners for projects related to digital marketing.
- Collaborate with promotional review committee to gain approval of promotional materials and ensure that all marketing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 8+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, including experience analytics oversite; including search, CRM, social media and Google analytics. Experience with marketing automation and client database management experience. Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social and online marketing programs and initiatives. digital marketing management and hands on experience, preferably with a pharmaceutical or biotech organization; other digital experience will also be considered OR
- Master’s or MBA Preferred and 6+ years of similar experience noted above
- Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements
- Demonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge
- Considered an expert within the company and may have external presence in area of expertise
- Applies in-depth expertise in discipline and broad knowledge of other closely related areas to improve efficiency of team

- Job Specific Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing management within a pharmaceutical or Biotech organization.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration
- Understanding of customer perspectives, as well as unique dynamics of digital marketing in the FDA regulated pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in the PowerPoint, Word and Excel; and Google analytics.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $151,800.00-$220,050.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
