Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, the Sr Director of Integrated Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of brand and category marketing campaigns with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across departments to develop cohesive marketing initiatives that align with company objectives. As key leader of the marketing team, the Sr Director of Integrated Marketing will build and strengthen our leadership position in the photo and personalization space.

The ideal candidate will be able to traverse a wide range of marketing programs with ease and fluidity, while providing guidance and mentorship across cross-functional teams. Integrated marketing experience, brand and messaging strategy, and digital marketing know-how are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of overarching brand campaign and content strategy
  • Oversee development and creation of hero campaign assets
  • Oversee seasonal marketing kick-offs and go-to-market planning, along with seasonal hindsights
  • Lead team that oversees and executes cross-functional briefs
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative resources as well as marketing channel owners
  • Inspire new thinking and creative ways to establish our leadership position in the marketplace through creative communications and messaging
  • Leverage market research and consumer insights to inform new creative concepts, value propositions and messaging
  • Collaborate with cross functional marketing groups (PR, events, creative, channels) to drive holistic marketing POV

Key Skills And Experience Required

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with specific experience in consumer-driven brand marketing and communications.
  • A creative thinker with demonstrated success in translating broad concepts and ideas into exciting, clear communications
  • Solid understanding of retail, ecommerce, and brand management.
  • Experience building a brand or category preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing integrated marketing plans in a highly competitive market space.
  • Experience in digital marketing/ecommerce preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze results of programs and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience leading and influencing teams.
  • The ability to successfully develop and execute programs utilizing both direct resources as well as matrix resources, while investing marketing funds with focus on measured business impact.
  • Success in a matrix organization and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong executive-level communications skills.
