Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving customer and revenue growth by strengthening our brand positioning in the market, leveraging digital and traditional marketing efforts to drive better engagement with customers, prospects, users and dealers
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including sales, service, product line management and corporate marketing to create long-term value for our customers and businesses
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials, strengthening our leadership in the customer engagement space across all product lines and segments.
- Develop meaningful messaging frameworks addressing different personas and audiences; understand the buyer, pain points and differentiated value
- Key performance indicators will include improving growth metrics (revenue, market share), leads generated, brand awareness, product launch campaigns, trade marketing campaigns, and digital presence
- Media Management: Content strategy, Direct & email marketing, Social Media management, SEO, Asset creation
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, garnering market and customer insights
- Identifying new market opportunities and the target audience of a product checking the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies
- Build and develop a capable marketing team, delegating tasks fairly
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience growing marketing teams, preferably in related industry
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred
- Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
- Marketing innovation and experience with leading product marketing strategy
- Creative and innovative, with an entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives
- Data-driven profile with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and build trust across different functions.
- Great communication and presentation skills
