To build the data measurement and privacy-forward foundation required to power DaVita’s next phase of digital and marketing transformation. This leader will own the end-to-end marketing data ecosystem—from tagging to analytics to reporting, insights, and business outcomes—and serve as the critical bridge between Marketing & Communications, IT, Privacy, Compliance, and Enterprise Data teams in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Marketing & Comms Data and measurement foundation
- Establish and own Davita’s marketing analytics and measurement strategy across web, paid media, CRM, and lifecycle channels
- Lead implementation and governance of tagging, analytics, data collection frameworks that are privacy compliant, scalable, and future-ready
- Define and operationalize marketing scorecards, KPIs, and success metrics tied to business outcomes (growth, engagement, conversion, retention)
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to IT, Privacy, Compliance, Enterprise data teams to align tooling, data flows, consent, governance
- Navigate a tightly regulated healthcare environment to ensure marketing measurements meets HIPPA, privacy, and security requirements
- Establish clear operating models, R&Rs, and decision rights between marketing and enterprise partners
- Martech & Analytics Enablement
- Own the marketing technology stack from an analytics and data perspective, ensuring tools are fit-for-purpose and integrated across channels as an enablement layer
- Enable consistent, trusted reporting through standardized definitions, dashboards, and daily/weekly performance reporting
- Build the foundation for advanced capabilities, including advanced AI analytics, personalization, experimentation, and attribution over time
- Impact and Performance Accountability
- Elevate analytics from reporting to decision-making by translating digital and marketing performance to clear business outcomes
- Partner with channel leaders to connect activity to outcomes and enable optimization flywheel
Education And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, data analytics, or digital transformation.
- 6-10 years of people leadership experience in an analytics, business intelligence, and/or martech function
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape (CDP, CRM, Web Analytics, Tag Management) and privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven experience bridging the gap between technical teams (IT/Data) and business functions (Marketing).
Travel And Time Requirements
- Travel: Up to 10-20%
- Nights/Weekends: As needed for critical projects or launches.

The Salary Range for the role is $129,000.00 – $205,000.00/year.
