This is a hybrid position in Reston, VA or Malvern, PA.
Ellucian is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Campaigns Manager to support the planning, execution and analytics of demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth and are directly aligned to key business objectives. This role will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to build campaign assets, execute programs, and measure and report on campaign/program effectiveness.
The successful candidate will bring passion, agility and a growth mindset to the role and will have demonstrated a proven track record of supporting marketing campaigns and programs, preferably within the IT industry. This candidate will have experience in modern strategic marketing that includes an integrated program approach, use of traditional and digital tactics, year-long integrated marketing campaigns and an understanding of the demand unit waterfall. We’re looking for someone who has a sound understanding of marketing mix optimization, strong project management skills, and the ability to build productive working relationships.
Where you will make an impact
- Support the execution of a campaign framework by designing integrated marketing programs that align into persona and needs based messaging and content.
- Within each program, develop a tactic roadmap based on the buyers journey and ensure a consistent customer experience that drives a strong message and clear CTA’s.
- Support the creation and acceleration of pipeline through marketing programs incorporating digital media, paid social, email marketing, nurture, live and virtual events and traditional marketing (ex: direct mail).
- Develop and execute data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive measurable revenue growth, collaborating with the
- Ellucian sales teams and optimizing campaigns for high-value target accounts.
- Work cross-functionally to measure campaign performance utilizing Tableau dashboards and identify tactics where A/B testing can be applied.
- Manage campaign and program budget allocation and ensure updates managed with finance.
- Measure results and use data to identify opportunities to refine tactic and content mix to yield accelerated conversion rates across the funnel.
- Collaborate with the solutions marketing and brand teams to ensure programs utilize compelling content aligned to the targeted personas within the right stage of the buyers journey.
- Work closely with solutions marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure sales has awareness on programs that are launching and is enabled to have lead follow-up conversations.
- Utilize data and provide insights on program and tactic effectiveness utilizing internal tools and resources.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Digital/Demand Generation, Brand, Solutions Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales
- Enablement/Operations, Sales and outside agencies.
- Lead the optimization of certain marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of tools and platforms in Ellucian’s GTM campaigns.
- Leverage intent data to create multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns across the buyer’s journey.
- Experience building modern content and product-led experiences: webstories, reprise demos, short-form videos/gifs, and other interactive & engaging content.
What You Will Bring
- 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation with at least 3 years’experience in technology, SaaS, or other IT related industry marketing.
- Ability to leverage data and insights in the development and optimization of marketing programs aligned to campaign and business objectives. Track record of A/B testing.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build deep relationships with core stakeholders and team members.
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to drive planning and ensure flawless execution.
- Strong understanding of budget management.
- Highly motivated, driven, passionate and accountable.
- Experience with digital marketing, including paid media and paid social programs.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Extremely resourceful, leveraging all resources both internal and external to drive business performance.
- Experience with SFDC, Marketo, Intent Platforms (6sense), Sales Engagement Platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Gong) and Smartsheet or similar technology platform and tools.
- Understands the Forrester Campaign Framework and is certified in its implementation, is a plus.
