Your opportunity

 

As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing campaigns of varying complexity, leveraging content across multiple channels, and utilizing platforms for data-driven marketing. The Senior Marketing Associate will support website management, coordinate with external partners, and analyze and optimize marketing efforts for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates possess a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a proactive mindset, with a strong background in marketing, multi-channel campaigns, MarTech and project management. Your role requires exceptional organization and multitasking skills, as you’ll be handling multiple diverse projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

 

What You Will Do

  • Provide general assistance in marketing execution, including editing, sourcing, researching, problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Utilize digital design tools and templates to create and update materials supporting marketing activities, such as digital event invitations, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, and infographics.
  • Contribute to the execution of the digital marketing strategy, including inbound marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and digital advertising.
  • Provide performance reports and insights to support data-driven decision
  • making (e.g., utilize Search Console, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEMrush).
  • Manage back-end of social media channels and provide baseline analysis of results.
  • Support Events Marketing Manager as needed for execution of hosted webinars.
  • Assist in building and updating webpages, landing pages, email templates, and website content.
  • Aid in managing and optimizing on-page and off-page SEO efforts.
  • Contribute to project management and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborates between internal teams and external partners, including
  • assigning and monitoring tasks, deadlines, reports, and attribution
  • Manage company profiles and reputation across business listings and feedback sites.

What will make you successful here

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in website CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
  • Experience in content marketing, including blog, case study, and whitepaper development.
  • Experience with digital ad campaign management, copywriting, creative/message testing, and tracking.
  • Knowledge of email platforms (Customer.IO & Pardot a plus) campaign development, list maintenance, and measurement.
  • Knowledge of SEO/Organic platforms (Search Console, SEMRush).
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (display, search, social) and analytics (GA4, Tableau, etc..).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot Account Engagement required.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to consider both tactics and potential.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills with internal and external teams.
  • Self-starter who can competently and strategically handle marketing tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable working independently under changing conditions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
