Core Responsibilities
- Supports multifamily capital markets groups based in Central Texas including investment sales conventional and land teams, debt and structured finance team, and national manufactured housing team
- Project management across multiple groups, including marketing, analysts, and brokers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Designs, prepares, and writes content for pitches, presentations, and property marketing collateral
- Follow Newmark branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Performs up-to-date market research for Central Texas region
- Researches, writes, designs and produces comprehensive multifamily market research reports for Austin and San Antonio
- Creates and manages listing websites, marketing campaigns, and sold announcements
- Writes and manages press releases for closed deals, working closely with corporate communications to distribute
- Stay in front of design and marketing trends to help generate brand awareness and ahead of competitors
- Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours for listings
- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed
- Reports to Marketing Manager
- Other administrative duties as needed

- Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Experience creating marketing pitches, presentations, property marketing collateral, websites/landing pages, digital and print advertisements, social media marketing, etc.
- Can convert research-based data into a visually compelling story for presentations, market updates, infographics, graphs, etc.
Responsibilities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Graphics, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as part of a marketing/graphics/communications team or similar corporate environment
- Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
- Video editing/creation using Premiere Pro
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with RCM or other database/real estate management programs
