Resideo is seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist to support our Honeywell Homeconsumer brand. This position is responsible for collaborating on and assisting with the execution of the marketing campaigns and the digital strategy for the Honeywell Home brand. This role will drive growth and engagement for the brand across various touchpoints while supporting business goals. The selected candidate has experience building and executing marketing campaigns, working with agencies, and collaborating cross-functionally.
JOB DUTIES:
- Supports the strategy and manages the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include supporting campaign messaging and management, collaboration on post-campaign analytics/reporting and recommendations for optimization.
- Supports integrated marketing efforts as it relates to brand website management, content development, national digital display, SEO/M, social media, micro influencer programs, collateral asset development.
- Manages social media accounts, supports the development of content calendars, implements, and execute ads and provides optimizations based on reporting and trends.
- Supports email marketing strategy as it relates to messaging and execution with cross functional teams to ensure consistency with the overall brand campaigns.
- Supports management and brand messaging for creative requests as it relates to coordination with Channel Marketing and our retailers.
- Builds Digital Asset Management tool to ensure assets are stored, updated, and reflects the brand for cross functional usage.
- Supports the team in day-to-day communication with marketing agencies, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables for new launches and campaigns.
- Manages Amazon and retail communications as it relates to content optimizations and improvements to drive online revenue growth for the brand, using insights and analytics to propel continued growth.
- Advocate and support a best-in-class brand experience across all marketing touchpoint, including online and in-store.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on marketing communication and digital strategies.
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing communications and digital best practices.
- Experience with Amazon including the platform, placement and product performance.
