Hybrid role. Based in the RTP, North Carolina area, the Sr. Marketing Specialist of Global Go-to-Marketing will execute on high impact, strategic deliverables to launch products in the Scientific and Healthcare laboratory informatics space tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals.
Go-to-market launch and business development activities include marketing nurturing campaign strategy, market positioning and lead generation, brand awareness, website and social promotional activities, promotional materials and collateral creation, customer communications, and events for each region. Reinforce global corporate brand through all initiatives, work in alignment with other regional managers and digital marketing manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on go-to-market launch and business development activities aligned under global go-to-market plans developed for the laboratory informatics industry.
- Support product launches and regional marketing focused on collateral creation, content generation, lead generation, and awareness/nurturing campaigns.
- Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, develop prospect lists by persona and/or product groupings, run prospect and customer communication campaigns, improve customer satisfaction, increase demand gen, and improve understanding.
- Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve the brand proposition within market.
- Establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and go-to-market effort.
- Monthly analysis and progress reports of GTM activities.
- Effectively manage marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and make a positive impact on global GTM planning.
- Work in close alignment with the global GTM Scientific, global digital marketing vertical and with regional marketing verticals to support wider marketing activities.
- Work closely with sales, product managers, and business development for inputs and alignment on marketing plans and activities.
- Collaborate and leverage cross-functional marketing services teams to develop briefs and operational execution plans (Events, Product Marketing, Content, Comms, Design).
- Utilize marketing technologies to improve marketing efficiency.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand.
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Be a customer champion, spearheading robust data-driven initiatives to grow overall reach and optimize each stage of the customer journey.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based marketing science strategies that optimize commercial performance and customer engagement.
- Tactically provide inputs necessary to drive customer satisfaction and NPS score.
- Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.
Skills Needed To Be Successful
- Multi-channel Scientific and/or Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired.
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot, NetSuite/Salesforce, other)
- Understanding of marketing and sales funnels, conversion performance, and how marketing contributes to and influences revenue.
- A hands-on mentality and is not afraid of rolling up sleeves and getting things done.
- Demonstrate an understanding of relevant audiences, ensuring targeted messages are delivered in line with the overarching Global Marketing Strategy.
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other design management tools.
- Understanding of website content, SEO, GoogleAds, and analytical tools (WordPress, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of social media platforms to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to support multiple audiences.
- Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time.

Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3+ years experience in the execution of marketing communications, multi-channel advertising, digital advertising, and content generation.
- 2+ year of experience focused on lead generation and marketing campaigns.
Preferred Experience & Education
- 2+ years of experience developing, managing, and executing global go-to-market plans.
- Experience within IT software marketplace.
- Ability and comfort level communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts and leadership.
- Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.
- Experience with project management.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $75,300 to $90,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
